Japanese electronics giant Toshiba has expanded its relationship with Westcoast Distribution in a bid to
target the small business laptop channel.
The manufacturer, which already works with Westcoast around retail, plans to increase its B2B market share
with the broadliner, citing Westcoast’s recent acquisition strategy.
Neil Bramley, B2B sales director for Toshiba in the U.K. said “Toshiba is confident that Westcoast, in conjunction
with our existing distributors, can help create and realize increasing opportunities for small business oriented
resellers.”
He added “with Toshiba’s new range of laptops and digital media products and its continued strengths in
offering a variety of promotions and tools to help SME resellers realise the potential within this market place,
it is the right time to evolve further the way we work with the channel.”
Toshiba’s B2B partnership with Westcoast is scheduled to begin around May 14 next week.
