B2B Technologies has been selected by ReadyMix USA to deploy an internal EPM (Enterprise Project Management) solution utilizing Microsoft Project Server.

This new capability will enable ReadyMix USA’s internal managers to allocate specific internal resources to a given project and then track progress on that project via Microsoft’s Project Web Access, which provides a secure online process.

In addition to standardizing its project management approach, ReadyMix USA will be using the new system to help ensure that project tracking and resource management is consistently reported across the organization.

“We’re growing at an explosive pace and at any one time, we have a myriad of complex projects underway,” said Jim Phillips, CIO of ReadyMix USA.

“It is critical that our internal managers use a standardized approach to managing and reporting each project’s resource needs, staffing requirements, timelines and status. To assist ReadyMix USA in this standardization effort, B2B Technologies will provide a full complement of consulting, implementation and training services specific to Microsoft Project Server.
