Quadrem's Middle Eastern subsidiaries have begun new transactions with their B2B suppliers in the region, via Quadrem's transacting and B2B procurement platform.

'Several Quadrem buyer customers have local operations in the Middle East, and we are quickly ramping up a supplier community to support the regional objectives of their global electronic procurement initiatives,' said Leo van Rensburg, General Manager for Quadrem Middle East.

Quadrem announced the opening of its new offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi last month.

The expansion comes on the heels of Quadrem's significant global growth in 2004. The company tripled its customer base and increased revenues 70% over 2003 results.
